Terms of Sale

The Remote Doctor is written and sold by Dr Diana Montalvo, trading as Montalvo Studio (“we”, “us”), based in London, UK. You can contact us at diana@montalvostudio.com. Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on how checkout is set up, your receipt may name a payment provider through which your order is sold.

The Remote Doctor is a digital ebook in PDF format. It is available in three packages: Early Access (£27, available until 31 October 2026), Full Launch (£37, available from 1 November 2026) and The Full Experience (£97, the ebook plus 3 months of access to The Studio). Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax.

Your ebook will be sent by email as a PDF on 10 November 2026, to the email address you used at checkout. Please add diana@montalvostudio.com to your contacts and check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received it within 48 hours of 10 November 2026, email us and we will send it directly. If the delivery date has to change, we will email you and you may choose a full refund.

Because this is a pre-order, you can ask for a full refund at any time before your ebook is delivered on 10 November 2026. Email diana@montalvostudio.com from the address you used to order and we will refund you to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Once your ebook has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund, because it is digital content that you can download immediately. By placing your order you agree to this. It does not affect your legal rights if the file is faulty or not as described. If that happens, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Once your Studio access has been activated, it can no longer be refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your purchase includes 3 months of access to The Studio, Diana's membership for doctors, including career resources, a job board and personalised support through 1:1s and messaging. We will email your invitation on 10 November 2026, and your 3 months start when your access is activated.

Access ends automatically after 3 months. It does not renew, and we do not keep your card details. You can choose to continue at the standard Studio price if you wish. If you already have an active Studio membership, email us before 10 November 2026 and we will arrange your access.

1:1 sessions and messaging support are provided on a fair-use basis, meaning reasonable use that leaves time for other members. The Studio is career guidance based on your situation. It does not guarantee any job or outcome. We may make reasonable changes to Studio content and features over time.

The Remote Doctor is copyright Dr Diana Montalvo. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read and keep the ebook for your own use. Please do not copy, share, resell or distribute it or any part of it.

The Remote Doctor and the Studio provide general career information and guidance. They are not legal, immigration, financial, tax or medical advice. Registration, licensing and eligibility rules differ between countries and employers, so please check the requirements that apply to you. Results vary, and we cannot guarantee any job, income or outcome.

We use your name and email address to process your order, deliver your ebook and contact you about it. If you sign up for launch updates, we send them using Mailchimp, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Payments are handled by Stripe and we do not see or store your card details.

We may update these terms from time to time; the terms shown when you order apply to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
